These are the general rules throughout the entire site. They're pretty much common sense, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
This roleplay is OVER PG-13. This means that if you are younger than thirteen years old, you should either leave, or at least act mature enough to fool us all.
Swearing is allowed. This means that I do NOT want to see asterisks, "@#$!" or other forms of "self censoring" of swear words. These things make the scan of a paragraph look childish and uninteresting. We're all big kids, here - a few four-letter words won't hurt us. If you do not like this, put in your own swear filters or learn to ignore it.
But not excessively. Use swear words sparingly. In character, you're an animal - they don't swear a whole lot, and wolves probably not at all due to low contact with humans. Out of character, it's allowed a bit more but do not aim it at people. A generic "Damn, this website is sweet!" is fine - "Damn, I fucking hate you," is not.
Graphic language is permitted. In small amounts. I really don't want to read a whole paragraph about how your character just tore the entrails out of a squirrel. But, if you put that more tactfully, it's alright to describe a bit of blood, a violent fight scene, and (so long as you mark the thread in the title) graphic breeding.
Be nice to one another. This isn't the place for your personal feuds OOC. If you do not like another member, I suggest you either suck it up or learn to ignore them. Either way, at least pretend to be polite.
Debate is allowed OOC/on Tagboard. Conversation is good. Sharing ideas, interests, and opinions in a nice, conversational manner is very good. Just don't get too worked up over things - it's just opinion, and one opinion won't necessarily change another. Don't try.
Spell check EVERYTHING. Less strict on OOC/Tagboard, but I'd still rather not have any chat/netspeak on anything. You won't get banned, but it's just a nice thing you can do for me - invest in a spell checker. One comes automatically installed in Mozilla Firefox, there's a button supplied by Proboards for EVERY POST, and there are countless other toolbars you can install with spellcheck/dictionaries in them. Just try, okay?
You're allowed to change your font, have banners in your signature, etc. Just as long as it doesn't stretch the pages. I recommend a length/width limit on banners of 450 pixels. When changing font colours and styles, keep in mind the readability factor - if someone can't read it, they can't reply to you.
I, Johnny, am law. Do not fight with me. These rules are subject to change at my will. Some may be altered, some may be added, but you are not to question it.
